We start the estate sale process by doing a walk-through the house with the client to determine what items in the house are for sale or want to be kept by the owner.
After the client has determined what items to be included in the sale. We will photograph the items and appraise them based on current market value. Price stickers will be added to the items for sale.
Our team will organize the priced items and set up tables for the items to be displayed during the sale.
Photographs of the items will be uploaded to various advertising websites to ensure we reach the largest audience. The advertising costs will be covered at our expense.
The sale dates will be discussed with the client which typically run Friday-Sunday 9am-3pm.
After the sale days the client can decide with the items that are left over if they want to have the items donated or taken to the dump if there is trash left over.
Money will be sent to the client as soon as the sale is over with a transaction sheet.
