Our story begins with a personal experience. I first dipped my toes into the world of estate sales when I was entrusted with managing my grandmother's estate sale. It was a lot of hard work. But amidst the nostalgia and challenges, I discovered something profound: the incredible potential and fulfillment that comes from helping families through such a significant transition.

Realizing how rewarding and lucrative this industry could be, I decided to embark on a new path. Thus, Estate Sales by Schmitz was born. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of conducting dozens of estate sales throughout San Diego County, each one an opportunity to assist clients in navigating their unique situations with care and professionalism.
